two of my most favorite people in the whole world! These two people think I am the best thing ever. Especially my nephew! ha ha He literally goes berserk if he hears me coming or knows I’m coming to see him.

This is my nephew and it was the day before his birthday and my mom decided to take him to Chuckie Cheese for good time. Can you tell he likes MONSTER TRUCKS?!

Day 37 “terrible two’s” -Elijah

This is my niece, Alana Marie Corliss, and she is a DEMON! ha ha Actually she is super sweet and LOVES her uncle Elijah. She’s just going through the terrible two’s where she likes to test to see what she can get away with and see what fits can get her. Good thing her mom and dad don’t play that shit and keep her in line and do a great job of keeping her under control ha ha They definitely have their hands full with this one. ha ha

This is the first photo that I’ve posted since I started my new job that kinda put a dent in my 365 project time schedule. ha ha A 365 project is soooo much easier when there isn’t a job in the way of your shooting time. ha ha

Day 36 “Rained In” -Elijah

For the past couple days it has done nothing but rain and it definitely makes it SUPER boring to stay in the house all day. Felt like a cat in a window sill all day cause I was constantly looking out the window.

Hoping this image demonstrates the mood I wanted to. I decided to really work on a shot today instead of slacking.

Editing: Converted to b/w and added a LINEAR CONTRAST preset. Then added a little DODGE in the highlights in the eyes.

So I showed my dad all the fun you can have with a MAC cause he’s so anti-Mac and we sat in front of PHOTOBOOTH just playing with effects and having fun for almost an hour. I thought this was one of the funniest ones cause he looks 30 years younger and like Elmore Fudd from the Looney Tunes. ha ha Good times!

Who says every shot has to be from a DSLR. ha ha

This girl never takes a break. She is a mom from the time she wakes up till the time she goes to bed. If she’s not taking care of her 4 year old she is taking care of me. Always on the move and always talking. ha ha She has “mommy ADHD”.

I LOVE being in the dark. I hardly ever turn lights on at all. Which is ironic considering I am a photographer and I need light to “paint” with. ha ha
